Within 75 days of arrival: All payments received will be strictly forfeited (No refund).
Early Departure & Amendments
Early Departure: Leaving the villa early during the stay is considered a cancellation, and all remaining funds will be forfeited.
Booking Amendments: Changes to booking dates may be treated as a cancellation, and standard fees may apply.
Admin Fee: A fee of USD 50 + 7% VAT applies to all approved refunds or reservation changes.
Non-Payment: The same cancellation charges apply if the booking is cancelled due to non-payment of the balance.
Intermediate, High, and Prime Seasons: A 30% deposit is required to secure the booking, with the remaining balance due 45 days prior to arrival.
New Year Season: A 50% deposit is required to secure the booking, with the remaining balance due 75 days prior to arrival.
Within 45 or 75 days of arrival: Full payment is required immediately upon booking confirmation, depending on the applicable season.

“Once again we spent wonderful days in the quietly located Villa Yin near Kamala. Pampered by the extremely friendly team we enjoyed every minute there. The villa, equipped with stylish furniture, was perfectly prepared. From the infinity pool we could see the wide sea and enjoy fantastic sunsets in the evening.
