Extra Bed Charge : An extra bed is available at USD 75++ per night, applicable when occupancy exceeds the standard allocation, regardless of the guest's age. Maximum of 1 extra bed is permitted per villa.
Refundable Security Deposit : A refundable security deposit of USD 500 (or equivalent in EUR / GBP / THB) is required upon arrival and payable on-site.
Additional Services : Outsourced laundry services, on-request spa/massage treatments, yoga/wellness sessions, island tours, and transport rentals are available at an additional charge.
Low & High Seasons
Cancellations made more than 45 days prior to arrival: All payments received will be credited for future stays at the same property for a period of 12 months (excluding bookings during Prime & Peak seasons).
Cancellations made within 45 days of arrival: All payments received will be strictly forfeited.
Prime & Peak Seasons
Cancellations made more than 75 days prior to arrival: All payments received will be forfeited. However, a pro-rata refund will be issued if another booking is secured for the exact same cancelled dates.
Cancellations made within 75 days of arrival: All payments received will be forfeited with no refund options available.
Early Departure Policy
Early Departure: Any early departure (whether immediately upon arrival or during the stay) will be treated as a cancellation, and all remaining funds will be forfeited.
Low, Intermediate & High Seasons : A 30% deposit is required to secure the booking, with the remaining balance due 45 days prior to arrival.
Prime, Peak & New Year Seasons : A 50% deposit is required to secure the booking, with the remaining balance due 75 days prior to arrival.
Last-Minute Bookings : For any bookings made within 45 days (for Low/High seasons) or 75 days (for Prime/Peak/New Year seasons) of the arrival date, full payment is required immediately upon confirmation.
“Our stay at Vera Villa in the White Lotus compound was incredible. The staff were genuinely warm, always available when needed, and still gave us plenty of space as a family. The food was a highlight. Breakfasts were excellent with plenty of options, and every lunch and dinner was fresh and well prepared. The barbecue dinner is a must. The rooms are very spacious, and the pool area is one of the best parts of the villa. It’s designed so you can relax in the shaded shallow water, which makes a big difference during the day. The beach is just a short walk away, very shallow and perfect for long walks in the water, with beautiful sunsets. Choeng Mon Beach is also about a 10-minute walk and has great water, massages, and restaurants. There’s also a nice gym, a 7-Eleven right nearby, and everything is very convenient—about 10 minutes from the airport and 15 minutes from Central Festival. We had an amazing stay and would absolutely come back.”

The location is also great, with a quiet beach just 100 meters away. Rung and her team took excellent care of us throughout the stay, always attentive and helpful, which made everything much easier and more enjoyable. It’s a place that combines comfort, privacy, and warm hospitality. We truly enjoyed our time here and would be happy to back.”

“This is heaven, on earth. Villa Vera put a wide smile on your face from the moment you enter till the moment you leave. And then, you urge to come again. The design, the intimacy, the beauty, the sound of birds and water, and the whole enchanted atmosphere heal your soul. Any soul. The staff, under magnificent Rung, makes you happy 24/7.
