If a cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the start of the rental period, 20% of the total rental amount is non-refundable.
If a cancellation is made between 30 and 60 days prior to the start of the rental period, 50% of the total rental amount is non-refundable.
If a cancellation is made between 1 and 29 days prior to the start of the rental period, 100% of the total rental amount is non-refundable.
In the event of a no-show, 100% of the total rental amount is non-refundable.
When making a booking request, the required deposit payment must be completed within 5 working days after availability has been confirmed. If the deposit is not received within this period, the booking request may be released and the dates made available to other guests.
The following deposit payment schedule generally applies (please refer to the specific villa terms for full details):
For arrivals more than 75 days from the booking date: a 20% deposit of the total rental amount is required to secure the reservation.
For arrivals within 75 days from the booking date: full payment (100%) of the total rental amount is required to confirm the reservation.
For bookings secured with a 20% deposit, the remaining 80% balance must be paid at least 75 days prior to the scheduled arrival date.
Please note that when booking accommodation or purchasing any goods and services in Indonesia — including but not limited to meals, groceries, transportation, and tours — all transactions will be charged in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).

Stayed at Villa Seascape and it was easily one of the most memorable accommodations I have experienced.
What stood out the most was the hospitality. The villa manager and all of the staff were incredibly helpful and attentive throughout our stay. They were always ready to assist whenever needed, which made everything feel effortless and welcoming.
The villa itself is beautiful and full of character. Rather than having rooms that all look the same, most of them have their own unique charm and personality. You can tell that a lot of thought went into the design.
One of the highlights is definitely the infinity pool overlooking the scenery, creating the perfect spot to relax and unwind. I also loved how the villa embraced its island setting.
The interiors combine beach inspired elements such as seashell decorations and artistic touches with modern architecture, resulting in a space that feels both elegant and cozy.
Overall, Villa Seascape offers more than just a place to stay. It provides an experience. Between the thoughtful design, stunning views, and exceptional service, it is a place I would happily return to and recommend to anyone visiting Nusa Lembongan.

A truly exceptional stay. The food was excellent and always served exactly when requested. The staff struck the perfect balance—unobtrusive yet attentive and genuinely engaging. They were very happy to make special arrangements for us where needed.. The villa is beautifully designed to invite the outdoors in and has plenty of spaces to find your own retreat, which was ideal for our extended family group. The pool area overlooking the ocean is breathtaking. We couldn’t have asked for more and can’t wait to return.

Paradise on Earth. That’s the only right description for this incredible private villa on the peaceful, laid-back island of Nusa Lembongan. It’s unbelievable, the serenity and the beautiful atmosphere you get to experience here. Everything is possible, literally. Massages in the garden, freshly made cocktails, enjoying your own private seating area by the ocean. From the infinity pool, you can take in the breathtaking sea views right in front of you. The food is absolutely delicious and anything you wish for can be made, always prepared with love. This is truly heaven on Earth. I feel incredibly happy and grateful to have experienced this. And I will definitely come back not only with friends, but also with my family. Truely a hidden gem.

It’s difficult to fault. Impressive location, great facilities, delicious chef cooked meals, and a team of exceptional staff. If you’re looking for a villa that offers secluded vibe, 50 metres to the Sandy Bay Beach Club and a short trip to the main town / surf breaks (complimentary villa shuttle) this is the place. Sura and Jerry arranged everything we required - nothing was too difficult. And if you’re looking for the best sunset location on the island - just jump in the infinity pool. Will be back!!
