Sea Theatre - Villa Privé

• Free Utilities : Free electricity, water, and Wi-Fi.

• Housekeeping : Daily Maid standby service available from 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

• Linens & Towels : Bed linen changed every 3 nights, and towels replaced as needed.

• Villa Management : On-call English-speaking Villa Manager and Concierge service (via WhatsApp only).

• Pool Maintenance : Daily pool cleaning.

• Culinary Service : Complimentary Thai cooking service for breakfast and lunch by the villa staff (excludes cost of food/ingredients).

• Airport Transfer : Complimentary one round-trip airport transfer (1 van, applicable for the same flight only) — only applicable for direct bookings with a minimum stay of 3 nights.

• Taxes & Service Charge: All rates are subject to a 10% service charge and 7% VAT.

• Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit of THB 25,000 (or equivalent in any major currency) is payable on-site in cash upon check-in.

• Food & Beverage Costs: * The cost of all food and ingredients for meals.

  ( A 20% handling fee is applied to the total grocery shopping bill (with a minimum fee of THB 650), subject to 7% VAT. )

• Dinner Cooking Service: * Dinner preparation by the villa staff is available at THB 1,500 per meal (excludes cost of food).

  ( Professional Chef service is available upon request, starting from THB 2,500 – THB 3,500 per meal + 7% VAT (depending on the season/availability; meals are served family-style). )

• Additional Transportation: Extra airport transfers or transport arrangements are available at THB 1,500 per way, per van.

• Additional Baby Cot: While 1 baby cot is provided free of charge , an additional baby cot can be arranged at USD 30++ per night, per cot.

• On-Request Services: Babysitting and extra laundry services are available upon request with additional charges.

Low & High Seasons

• All payments received will be credited for use at the same property for a period of 12 months from the original stay date, excluding prime & peak seasons.

• All payments will be forfeited for any cancellation made within 45 days of arrival.

Prime & Peak Seasons

• All payment(s) received will be forfeited, or refunded on a pro-rata basis only if another booking is secured for the exact same period that was cancelled.

• No refunds will be issued when a cancellation occurs within 75 days of arrival.

Early Check-in, Late Check-Out & Early Departure

• Early Departure Policy: Early departure—whether immediately upon arrival or later during the dates of stay—will be treated as a cancellation, and all funds paid will be forfeited.

Notes

• Administration Fee: An admin fee of USD 50 + 7% VAT will apply in the event of any approved refund and/or amendment to a reservation.

• Non-Payment Cancellation: The cancellation charges detailed above will also apply if ILS cancels the booking due to non-payment of the remaining balance.

• Booking Amendments: If the dates of the booking need to be changed or amended, this may be treated as a cancellation of the original booking, and standard cancellation charges may apply.

Low, High & Prime Seasons

• Deposit: A 30% deposit is required upon confirmation to secure the booking.

• Balance Payment: The remaining 70% balance is due at least 45 days prior to the guest's arrival date.

Peak / New Year Season

• Deposit: A 50% deposit is required upon confirmation to secure the booking.

• Balance Payment: The remaining 50% balance is due at least 75 days prior to the guest's arrival date.

Last-Minute Bookings

• For any reservations made within 45 days (for Low, High, & Prime seasons) or within 75 days (for Peak / New Year season) of the arrival date, full payment (100%) is required immediately upon confirmation.

On-Site Payment

• Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit of THB 25,000 (or equivalent in any major currency) must be paid on-site in cash during check-in.
