If a cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the start of the rental period, 20% of the total rental amount is non-refundable.
If a cancellation is made between 30 and 60 days prior to the start of the rental period, 50% of the total rental amount is non-refundable.
If a cancellation is made between 1 and 29 days prior to the start of the rental period, 100% of the total rental amount is non-refundable.
In the event of a no-show, 100% of the total rental amount is non-refundable.
When making a booking request, the required deposit payment must be completed within 5 working days after availability has been confirmed. If the deposit is not received within this period, the booking request may be released and the dates made available to other guests.
The following deposit payment schedule generally applies (please refer to the specific villa terms for full details):
For arrivals more than 75 days from the booking date: a 20% deposit of the total rental amount is required to secure the reservation.
For arrivals within 75 days from the booking date: full payment (100%) of the total rental amount is required to confirm the reservation.
For bookings secured with a 20% deposit, the remaining 80% balance must be paid at least 75 days prior to the scheduled arrival date.
Please note that when booking accommodation or purchasing any goods and services in Indonesia — including but not limited to meals, groceries, transportation, and tours — all transactions will be charged in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).

Just had a wedding here and the team was superb.
From beefy security to very attentive staff, they were the foundation of our perfect weekend.
The waves here are otherworldly and fantastic. Although I will say a bit loud so you either love it or it will keep you up (in the lower villa only).
From the small details of animals in the ponds to them getting us energy drinks and ice/hot coffee when we needed it, this team deserves the world.
Also, we walked a large portion of the beach and the portion of the beach in front of Seseh might be the best. Really soft black sand but beware the power of the waves haha. We had many people lose flip flops when they weren’t paying attention.

Every corner of the property feels thoughtfully designed to blend luxury with nature, creating an atmosphere that is both calming and awe-inspiring. Our stay at Seseh Beach Villa lasted four unforgettable days, during which the villa comfortably accommodated 24 family members and friends. From the very beginning, the hospitality from the staff members was sincere, warm, and genuinely heartfelt. The team is incredible. Nestled in a breathtaking location with stunning ocean views, the villa served as the perfect venue for our wedding celebrations over the following days. The stay was exceptional, the rooms were clean and comfortable, the service was wholesome and attentive, and every guest felt deeply cared for. The memories created here will remain with us forever.

We recently had our wedding at Seseh Beach Villas, The place is amazing, We had Villa 1,2 and the front grassed area for 3 nights, Each time you moved between Ceremony, cocktail hour and the reception it felt like you were in a whole new location. The staff were all amazing and so nice they were there for anything you needed and happy to have good fun with everyone, We couldn’t recommend this villa any higher Definitely one of the premium locations to get Married in Bali.

It’s a wonderful villa with amazing beach view and friendly staff. We stayed there for 3 nights for an important mentor’s wedding in our life. Hope the management team can listen to customers’ vice and understand what’s matters.
