If a cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the start of the rental period, 20% of the total rental amount is non-refundable.
If a cancellation is made between 30 and 60 days prior to the start of the rental period, 50% of the total rental amount is non-refundable.
If a cancellation is made between 1 and 29 days prior to the start of the rental period, 100% of the total rental amount is non-refundable.
In the event of a no-show, 100% of the total rental amount is non-refundable.
When making a booking request, the required deposit payment must be completed within 5 working days after availability has been confirmed. If the deposit is not received within this period, the booking request may be released and the dates made available to other guests.
The following deposit payment schedule generally applies (please refer to the specific villa terms for full details):
For arrivals more than 75 days from the booking date: a 20% deposit of the total rental amount is required to secure the reservation.
For arrivals within 75 days from the booking date: full payment (100%) of the total rental amount is required to confirm the reservation.
For bookings secured with a 20% deposit, the remaining 80% balance must be paid at least 75 days prior to the scheduled arrival date.
Please note that when booking accommodation or purchasing any goods and services in Indonesia — including but not limited to meals, groceries, transportation, and tours — all transactions will be charged in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).

Our stay at Villa Semarapura was truly exceptional in every way. The villa is breathtaking, with stunning ocean views, beautifully designed spaces, and complete privacy. Every detail reflects elegance and tranquility. What made our stay truly unforgettable was the outstanding hospitality from Benny and his wonderful team. Their warmth, professionalism, and genuine care made us feel completely at home. The sunsets, the peaceful atmosphere, and the seamless service created memories we will always cherish. This is truly one of the finest villa experiences in Bali. We look forward to returning again soon. Highly recommended.

We highly recommend Villa Semarapura for a relaxing family holiday. From the moment we arrived, Benny our Villa Manager made us feel welcome & looked after our family so well. The food was delicious, the pool was large & beautiful and the gardens were stunning. We had massages in the garden & really didn’t have any reason to leave the villa. So much space for soccer matches & running around - ideal for active kids. It is located in a quiet area away from the crowds in Seminyak & Canngu. Thank you Benny & all the team at Villa Semarapura!

Villa Semarapura is absolute perfection. The grounds are pristine, and the rooms strike the perfect balance between modern comfort and traditional Balinese charm. The food was outstanding — the chef could prepare anything we requested, and every meal was a delight. Ben, the villa manager, was incredibly helpful and always available with a warm smile, making everything run smoothly. The entire staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, ready to assist with even the smallest request. My family and I have stayed at several luxury villas, but this one stands out as the best by far. We can’t wait to return. A well-deserved 5-star review!

Villa Semara is a spacious and clean holiday villa with a wonderful tranguil garden and a pool. The pool is big enough for swimming laps. Quiete location in a nice local neighbourhood. In the area there was two (I think it can be three sometimes )different Take Away with yummy local food (bring your dictionary). The villa is located so it's easy to go to Sanur and Ubud or any of the many attractions in that part of Bali. Can recommend a stay at the villa, specially if you want to get a good Bali wibe.

This is hard to forget as we stayed here for 3 days in Bali. Very nice and calm surroundings, delicious meals, and very supporting staff. This villa has 5 different rooms with their own bathrooms (4 of them has their own outside bathrooms). I like the 2nd floor room best (only one on this place). The whole place is yours with out any outsiders. Good for a family who wants to just relax, far from crowded places. You can not expect hustle and bustle you would find in Kuta, though ;)
